"The care, devotion and love given to my mother was more than we could have hoped for. She thought she had been singled out for special treatment which made her a little uncomfortable but she wasnt. The staff can not be praised enough and made the whole situation much easier for the family.When mum came to the end so many of the staff came to give her a cuddle, a kiss, a chat and managed to put a smile on her face. "I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the Oak Unit where I was in Intermediate Care from 16th July - 7th August for physiotherapy and rehabilitation following a total hip replacment. All the staff, from senior managers right down to the cleaning/housekeeping team, were friendly, courteous, cheerful, caring and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. My room was comfortable and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing intermediate care."
